Links I saved this month | July 2020
Some useful and interesting websites I visited and saved in my favourites in July.
This month went so fast! I was on an internet hiatus for a few weeks, so I don't have many new links saved.
- The Plain Text Project. Plain Text as an eficient tool for helping keep things organised and for boosting productivity. I have been using it more and more recently, and the more I use it, the more I enjoy it. This website is what got me started and is filled with many useful information.
- Trunk for the fediverse. List of people to follow in the fediverse based on what they talk about. I am pretty active in the fediverse and always looking out for new people to follow and interact with. However, the fediverse is huge and diversified, so it is actually great to have a tool for finding accounts based on interests.
- tonsky.me. A great blog by Nikita Prokopov about programming and UI design. Nikita's takes on UI optimisation for websites and pages are always interesting. I especially loved reading Software disenchantment.
- OpenMoji. Let's face it: languages evolve continusly by definition, and emojis are now a part of it. OpenMoji is a free and open source emoji library which can be used for a variety of purposes. They are available with a Creative Commons (Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International) license.
